Clair Wygladala (F.Ins.L.Ex)

Clair joined the firm in January 2001 as a legal assistant and in November 2001 began to run her own caseload. She became a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in October 2002 having completed examinations in family law, family practice, criminal law and European law. Clair is also a member of Resolution. Clair is experienced in all aspects of family law including divorce and financial proceedings although specialises in private and public children law to include residence and contact applications together with cases involving the Local Authority.
